Advance Wars - The Girls of Orange Star

Occasionally, I get MASSIVE nostalgia pangs. And recently, I just really wanted to replay the Advance Wars series....

Which is what I did, from Advance Wars on the GBA, to Advance Wars: Dual Strike on the DS. (And Days of Ruin too, I guess...)

I absolutely adore the series! 

It's charming, simple yet deep, endlessly addictive, and boasts a cast of cartoony and likeable characters ^^

And as is my thing, I've decided to quickly whip up a pic of some of the main characters:

Sami and Nell of the Orange Star army, but with swapped outfits.

 



It's only just occurred to me, but I could've included Rachel, but I'll probably hafta leave that for another day. 





Even though I've just replayed and re-completed all the Advance Wars games...I kinda wanna do it all over again...like RIGHT NOW...replaying the campaign mode... 

Some people get hypnotized so they can re-watch the Harry Potter movies and be awed all over again: I'd like to get hypnotized for the Advance Wars games ^^
