10 Years After...

I used to have a small and humble fanart page back in '98, back when the only way you could get information on anything anime or game related was on the Anime Web Turnpike (before Google basically).

My fanart page was called "Rikachu and Pikachu's Little Fanart Site", and it was just a collection of childish scrawlings of various Pokemon in human form. As a side project, I even drew some Digimon in human form.

I kept the site running up for a few years before I ended up going to Japan, and got so busy that I just forgot all about drawing. Eventually, the site was removed as I'd neglected it for so long...

Well, I've recently gotten myself a drawing tablet, and started to take up drawing again.

Whereas my old site had most of the original 151 Pokemon drawn up, now I'll just redraw some of my favourites, mixed in with the odd FFXI fanart.

I'd say it's the best Caterpie Gijinka that I've ever seen but there are so few that it isn't saying much. It definitely looks like a great Gijinka, as well as a far cooler personto hang out with than the love Caterpie normally generates.

People usually draw Gijinka's that either look really cool, or whom they've kept in their Pokemon Team. Caterpie is one of those Pokemon which you'd catch just to complete your Pokedex, then stick it in the corner... (∥￣■￣∥ ) I'd totally hang out with Caterpie!

Yeah...there are quite a few who just never get the love because of those reasons. I can't even recall a Combee and I've only seen one Vespiqueen and I requested it to that person.
